Celebrity Smiles--What to consider

Before you decide on what you’d like your smile to look like, consider a few of the following:

1) Face shape

Oval Face: If you have an oval face, you can pretty much pick any kind of smile you want. Considered to be the ideal face shape by Western society, an oval face can accommodate various teeth shapes and sizes relatively nicely.

Long Face: If you have a long face, focus on getting a more horizontal row of teeth to balance the vertical appearance of your face.

Round Face: To enhance a round face, opt for a smile with longer, more vertical shaped teeth. Inquire about making your two front teeth a little longer than the ones surrounding them.

Heart-Shaped Face: If the lower part of your face is slightly longer, you have a heart-shaped face. It’s best to go for a smile with an even, horizontal row of smaller teeth. Longer teeth will only emphasize the elongated part of your face.

Square Face: If you have a square-shaped face, consider rectangular-shaped teeth that are a bit longer.
